BC: Top 10 Reasons Why TransLink Bosses Should Not Get Bonuses

The Vancouver media are clearly on to TransLink’s wasteful ways. We’ve seen multiple CKNW Waste Patrol reports, Global TV break fare evasion and other stories, The Province’s SkyTrain nepotism stories, and many, many more.

Last night, Michele Brunoro and CTV broke the story on nine TransLink executives being eligible for hundreds of thousands of dollars in performance bonuses. The Canadian Taxpayers Federation is calling on the TransLink Board to scrap that idea. This unhealthy, wasteful organization should not be rewarding any senior executive. Here’s 10 reasons why not:
